/ / / This unique vintage Persian Heriz area rug has a traditional medallion design in modern shades of blue. We love Heriz rugs for their thick wool pile, sturdy handle and timeless style. A perfect rug for a modern home with a vintage sense of style.
/ / / condition: very good vintage condition with some small bits of color bleed, see photos. It also tapers on one end from 7’8” to 7’5”. It has been professionally cleaned, restored and the headends secured, ensuring many, many more years of life. I highly recommend using rug pad with grip backing to keep your rug in place and to smooth out any wrinkles from shipping-using a rug pad will also protect your rug from damage, and therefore prolong the life of your rug. But really- get a rug pad! I have handpicked this rug specifically for its rustic, timeworn appeal. It may have other small imperfections- which is part of the charm of these old textiles.
