/ / / A vintage Northwest Persian runner rug in a more rare narrow size. Not only does this narrow runner rug fit the bill for older homes with more petite sized hallways but it is also light and bright with a more open field- perfect for spaces without a lot of natural light coming in or for all of my neutral home decor lovers.
/ / / condition: very good vintage condition with a lovely ombre fade, slight curve and more organic shape. Expertly done repairs are shown in some of the photos. It has been professionally cleaned, restored and the headends secured, ensuring many, many more years of life. I highly recommend using rug pad with grip backing to keep your rug in place and to smooth out any wrinkles from shipping-using a rug pad will also protect your rug from damage, and therefore prolong the life of your rug. But really- get a rug pad! I have handpicked this rug specifically for its rustic, timeworn appeal. It may have other small imperfections- which is part of the charm of these old textiles.
