Moroccan pillow handmade from salvaged Moroccan rugs and filled with sustainable Kapok fiber filling.
measures 14'“ x 16”
Kapok is a natural fiber that comes from the Ceiba Tree in Central America, and is naturally shed from the tree seed pods. This fiber is then hand collected and spun into a soft and fluffy filing, and is a great sustainable alternative to poly fill. The insert is also sustainable and handsewn by Experimental Vintage using salvaged cotton pillow cases.
Each pillow may have small imperfections and/or repairs- this is part of the charm and uniqueness of handmade items using sustainable vintage materials.
