Other details: The dining room is open to the living space which features a rug with colors of subdued red, navy, magenta, cream, and pops of olive.

Max Budget: $3500

Sourcing fee: $250

Terms: 1/2 max budget plus $250 sourcing fee due upon receipt, remainder of balance due when the perfect rug is found for your space. If no rug is found for whatever reason-the deposit is fully refundable, the sourcing fee is not.
